Our Strawberry, Mango & Rhubarb Jam is a bright, fruity seasonal jam made by hand in small batches using saved strawberries (seconds grade from local farm), small mango grower in Lismore & home grown rhubarb.
Each batch combines the familiar sweetness of strawberries with lush ripe mango and the gentle tartness of rhubarb. The rhubarb and strawberry bring a bright acidity, while the mango softens the flavour and gives the jam a rounded, tropical sweetness.
The result is vibrant, spoonable and fruit-forward, with a medium set and a flavour that feels familiar but a little special.
This jam is made in regional NSW as part of The Seasonal Companion’s small-batch preserve range, with a focus on real ingredients, seasonal produce and simple, generous flavour.
Uses:
Perfect on toast, fresh bread, scones, croissants, pancakes or pikelets. It can also be spooned through yoghurt, porridge or ice cream, used as a sponge cake layer, folded through cheesecake filling, or served with pastries and desserts.
