The Seasonal Companion creates small-batch preserves, sauces, chutneys and pantry goods inspired by the seasons, the garden, and the produce grown around New England and the Granite Belt.
Each jar is made by hand in small batches using real fruit, vegetables, herbs and spices, with a focus on bold flavour, thoughtful pairings and low-waste seasonal making. Some products are made with produce from my own garden, while others use locally sourced or rescued seasonal fruit when available.
You’ll find classic favourites alongside more unusual flavour combinations, from strawberry and vanilla bean jam to blood plum sauce, savoury chutneys, relishes and limited seasonal releases.
Everything is made with care, packed by hand, and created for people who love real food, generous flavour and pantry staples with a story behind them.
Shipping Policy
Ready to ship in Thursdays and Fridays (business days)
Ships out using: Australia Post
Tracking code provided upon shipment (if applicable)
Delivery Times: Standard delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location. Regional and remote areas may take longer.
Orders are packed carefully to protect glass jars during transit.
As we are rurally located, we only have regular access to the post office on Thursdays and Fridays. Orders are posted on these days, and tracking details will be provided once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post.
Please allow extra time for dispatch and delivery due to our regional location. Delivery may take an additional 2–3 business days on top of standard Australia Post delivery estimates, depending on your location.
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order, as I’m unable to redirect parcels once they have been handed over to Australia Post.
At this stage, I only ship within Australia.
Due to the nature of food products, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or there is an issue with your parcel, please contact me as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label.
I will always work with you to resolve genuine issues fairly, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.
