Our Apricot & Honey Butter is a smooth, rich tangy fruit spread made by hand in small batches using seasonal apricots, honey and lemon juice.
Each batch begins with ripe apricots grown in the Granite Belt, slowly cooked down until the fruit softens into a thick, velvety butter. Instead of relying on refined sugar, this spread is generously sweetened with honey, giving it a rounded sweetness and a deeper, warmer flavour than a traditional apricot jam. The result is smooth, spoonable and honey-forward, with the gentle brightness of apricot still coming through.
This fruit butter is made in regional NSW as part of The Seasonal Companion’s small-batch preserve range, with a focus on real ingredients, seasonal produce and simple, generous flavour.
Uses:
Perfect on toast, crumpets, fresh bread, pancakes, pikelets or warm croissants. It can also be spooned through yoghurt, porridge or ice cream, used as a baking filling, or paired with ricotta, cream cheese or brie on a grazing board.

Care and storage:
Store in a cool, dry place before opening. Refrigerate after opening and use within 3 weeks. Always use a clean spoon to keep your fruit butter at its best.

Packed carefully to protect the glass jar during transit. Orders are shipped via Australia Post from our rural location on Thursdays and Fridays. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
