Our Strawberry & Vanilla Bean Jam is a classic seasonal preserve made by hand in small batches using ripe strawberries and real vanilla bean.
Each batch begins with strawberries grown in our garden or collected as ''waste or seconds'' to reduce food waste in the region, then slowly cooked with raw sugar & vanilla bean until the fruit softens, thickens and develops a rich, full flavour. The vanilla adds a gentle warmth and sweetness that sits behind the strawberry rather than overpowering it.
This jam is made in regional NSW as part of The Seasonal Companion’s small-batch preserve range, with a focus on real ingredients, seasonal produce and simple, generous flavour.
Uses:
Perfect on toast, fresh bread, scones, croissants, pancakes or pikelets. It can also be spooned through yoghurt, porridge, ice cream, cheesecake filling or used as a simple sponge cake layer.

Ingredients:
Strawberries, raw sugar, citric acid, apple pectin, vanilla bean.
Size:
150 ml or 250 ml glass jar, net weights noted on jar.
Care and storage:
Store in a cool, dry place before opening. Refrigerate after opening and use within the timeframe shown on the jar label. Always use a clean spoon to keep your jam at its best.
Delivery:
Packed carefully to protect the glass jar during transit. Orders are shipped via Australia Post from our rural location on Thursdays and Fridays. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
