Flow Pendant
Sometimes the most interesting pieces are the ones I didn’t plan.
Flow began during a sand casting when molten sterling silver escaped beyond the mould. Rather than seeing the resulting silver as waste, I loved the organic shape and flowing texture that had formed and decided to turn it into a pendant.
I carefully refined and finished the piece while keeping the ridges, folds and irregular surface created as the molten silver moved and cooled.
The result is a completely one-of-a-kind pendant — a small moment from the casting process captured in silver.
