These feathers come from my field work, and I'm lucky to have them. The sun recorded them in fine detail.

What is a cyanotype?

Cyanotype is a photographic process that's over 180 years old. I paint paper with a light-sensitive solution, lay real plants on top and let the sun do the rest. The plants leave white silhouettes on deep blue.
