Leopard spots and zebra stripes, crocodile skin and giraffe splodges, and even Bengal Tiger stripes have been combined into an eye-catching bag, large enough to fit the contents of a ‘green’ supermarket bag, or A4 folders and necessities for a day of study or fun. Unlike supermarket bags, this is all cotton (except the handles), with quilted padding throughout to add strength and protection. The lining and base are batiks, chosen to not show the dirt.
The price you pay, minus packing and shipping, will be donated to WIRES, the Australian Wildlife Rescue Association.
The bag is 37 x 42 x 16.5 cm (on the outside) and the handles or straps are 34 x 2.5 cm. The bag can be carried without touching the ground by someone as short as 1.53 m (ie myself). Cold machine wash then drying in the shade is recommended. Iron on the cotton setting, but avoid the straps.
