These long delicate Japanese washi paper earrings are super lightweight and elegant. Crafted from a pretty black and gold floral Japanese washi paper, with a contrasting black inner surface - lacquered for strength and suspended on a contemporary gold wire with gold plated stainless steel ear wires. All edges have been embellished with gold thread. The earrings are presented in a black velvet gift bag.

SIZE: 2.5cm x L6.0cm from top of ear wire

Handmade process: Japanese washi paper and complimentary coloured paper has been folded and lacquered to create strong paper beads. All edges have been carefully finished with a fine metallic thread. The earrings are suspended on a gold plated stainless steel wire with gold plated stainless steel ear wires.

Care: These are not intended to be immersed in water although a little rain is not an issue - the lacquer & adhesive are water proof.
