Shipping policy
- All items are carefully and thoughtfully packaged
- For orders over $100 I recommend postage insurance as Australia Post only covers loss/damage up to $100. The insurance cost can be provided to you on request and added to your order.
- Free delivery for orders over $200 (this will include postage insurance for the value of your item/s)
Refund & Exchange policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase, but if something isn't right or you change your mind please contact me first within 7 days. If a refund or exchange is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a refund of the full price less the original shipping cost. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
Made to order/custom orders
- Payment is required at the time of order
- Turn-around time is up to 10 days unless stated otherwise on product listing
- Made to order & custom orders are unable to be cancelled once payment has been made
