Store Policies


Australian buyers can use either PayPal or Direct Deposit. International buyers must use PayPal.

Please message me if you would like to make a direct deposit and I will send you the necessary details. Please leave your name as ID when making payments.


Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.



I will post products after receipt of payment, and after the items have been created within the specified time (please see individual listings for details). You will receive notification once your purchase has been sent.

All items are shipped via Australia Post or by courier. Special care is taken when packing and posting your items, but I do not hold responsibility for items lost or damaged by Australia Post (or courier), or delayed arrival of items.

International buyers - please allow for at least 3 weeks delivery time.


Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.



I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Return items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalised orders
• Digital downloads
• Items on sale

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Please note: All items are made to order. As each item is hand sewn the stitching could vary slightly to what is pictured. The design and colour schemes will remain the same.
