Delivery Times: Delivery times are standard Australia Post delivery times.
Items are carefully and securely packaged, and we use recycled packaging wherever possible. Tracking details will be provided at the time of shippings. This allows both parties to track the parcel and ensure it gets to you. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase. Payment is made at the time of purchase.
My items are usually one or two of a kind items, so if you see something you love you should grab it, as you won't see something exactly the same again in my shop. If you do love something and you miss out, feel free to get in touch and I can see about doing a similar (but not the same) custom item for you.
I offer refunds for faulty items in line with Australian Consumer Law. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order so we can work through a solution.
