Store Policies

Payment methods : credit card, bank transfer.
Postage: Free (domestic)
Refunds: will only be issued if item is faulty or damaged during shipping.
Exchange: I gladly accept exchanges and cancellations ( see conditions)

Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery

Conditions of return, exchanges & cancellations:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.*
If an item is damaged or not as expected I will pay for the return postage. Please contact me first so we can make arrangements.

EARRINGS cannot be returned or exchanged due to health regulations unless faulty or damaged during shipping.
There is NO exchange or cancellation on personalised or custom pieces.

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. You will need to contact me within 7 days of receiving an item if you are not happy.

ITEM DESCRIPTION: I endeavour to take photos showing the most accurate colour representation of items however the difference in colours when viewed on different devices can vary, so please be aware of this. If the colour of an item is a critical issue please email me (gumnutlanehmj@gmail.com) and I will try to do my best to accommodate you.

POSTAGE: Orders will be posted within 1-2 working days of receipt of payment, via Australia Post.

* Any returns must be in original packaging and must not have been used/worn, Merchandise must be in a new and saleable condition

* If an item is damaged or not as expected I will pay for the return. Please contact me first so we can make arrangements.

*I am Willing to refund because you changed your mind however the item must be returned in the condition it was sold and you will have to pay all expenses. Please remember that I have also had to pay a fee to receive your payment so will be out of pocket.

Please be advised that I am not able to accept any form of refund or exchange for personalised or custom items.

If you need to return goods because they are defective other than because of damage during the shipping process, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of parcel. If you do not contact me within that time, I will consider the goods to have been delivered in good condition and accepted by you.
