Store Policies

Thank you for supporting my small business.

All items pictured are available for immediate postage with new items being regularly added.
Payment is required at time of purchase. I accept STRIPE, PayPal or direct deposit.
Payment must be cleared prior to posting.
Custom Orders:
Most products can be customised, by changing a stamped image/sentiment, changing paper/cardstock colours or adding an age or name.
Please contact me to discuss your requirements.
Please allow up to 10 days to make your customised product.

Shipping:
All items will be shipped via Australia Post within 2 days of payment being received (or customs completed) All items are wrapped in clear plastic for protection and will be sent in a padded mailer/box for extra protection during transit.

Refunds/Exchanges:
I take the greatest care in making sure that your product arrives to you in perfect condition, however once posted is in the hands of Australia Post.
The costs of P&H on small priced items makes exchanges/returns somewhat impractical, but if you are not happy please contact me to discuss your concerns so we can work out a solution. I offer tracked or untracked postage options.
I do not exchange/refund simply due to change of mind.
