Payment
Products are made to order and as most are personalised therefore payment is required before your is started.
Allow 1-2 days before your item to be made after payment and before posted.

There will be no refunds given for change of mind on personalised items. Refunds/replacements on personalised items will only be given if the item is received damaged or there is an error with product caused by myself (Emmy Lou Creations) ie. spelling mistake, different colour or font than what is ordered etc.
You will need to supply photos of damage/error. No refunds will be issued if you have not supplied correct spelling. Personalisation will be copied exactly how you put it on your order, therefore it isnyour responsibility to ensure it is correct. Corrects can be made at you cost.
Refunds may be given on non-personalised items. Items would need to be returned at customers cost and deemed to be unused & undamaged and in as new condition before refund is issued.
