We accept payment through PayPal, which allows you to checkout with your debit or credit card.

All orders will be processed only after payment is received, we’d appreciate if you could make payment as soon as possible after an order is placed :)

It is important to ensure that your MadeIt and Paypal delivery address are the same. By default, orders will be shipped to your MadeIt address - please ensure it is up to date :)

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of cleared payment. If there is any delay in shipping your orders (for example, due to public holidays and busy seasons), we will notify you as soon as we can and keep you updated.

All orders are shipped via regular post service. If you’d like your item shipped via express or registered post services, you may contact us regarding the extra postage required.

In the case your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, a package is only considered by us as “lost in transit” after 21 days from the date of shipping and after this, we will do our best to rectify the situation for you.

It is of utmost importance to us that you are happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days after receiving your item and we will issue a full refund to you on the following terms:
1. Contact us regarding your intention to get a refund/exchange before returning the item to us.
2. The item must then be returned in unused, unopened, resalable and original condition.
3. Only a full refund of the price of the item purchased will be issued, all other charges such as postage and handling costs will not be refunded. This applies to returned item due to wrong address provided and/or if an item has been refused and returned to us from the customs in unopened, resalable and original condition, without imposing other charges on the seller.
4. Retain your proof of posting until the returned item has been received and refunded.

We cannot accept responsibilities for the following incidents and situations:
1. Any delays and loss caused by events beyond our control, including public holidays, theft at your property after the item has been delivered, natural disasters, incorrect shipping address etc.
2. Any injuries and loss caused by the use of the products.
