Welcome to Owls and Confetti!

Payment: The only form of payment that I accept is Pay Pal.

Shipping: All orders will be sent by Australia Post as either standard or express depending on the postage option that you choose. Items will be sent in various forms depending on size including padded bags, mailing boxes and satchels. All items will be packed properly with care no matter what postage option you choose. Items will be posted within 3 days or when payment is received. If payment isn’t made within 3 days the transaction will be cancelled and the ordered item/s relisted in my store. A confirmation email will be sent to you when your items have been posted.

Refunds and Exchanges: Please keep in mind that my products are handmade and that no two items will be exactly the same as each other. There may also be slight colour variations between the photos of my products and the actual items as images can be represented differently by different devices. I will not provide a refund for any of my products. However I will offer an exchange if an item is damaged or does not match the description provided at the time of sale. An exchanged item will not be exactly the same as the item it is replacing due to the handmade nature of all my products. An exchanged item will only be sent once the damaged or non-description matching item has been returned by Australia Post registered mail at your own expense. I will not provide an exchange if you have simply changed your mind so please choose carefully.

Disclaimer: The products that I make are not toys and many are not suitable for children under the age of three years due to small parts. Please be responsible and use my products for their intended purpose only.
