Should it occur we will happily minimise any inconvenience and work
out the best possible solution on a case-by-case basis.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA Shipping within Australia is a flat rate Express Post and registered post options are available apon request. All parcels are sent via Australia Post delivery times vary depending on location. For more specific time frames please refer to the Australia Post website www.auspost.com.au.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE Please contact us for a quote.


LOST / DAMAGED PARCELS Loss or damage is not covered unless insurance is taken, please contact us for insurance prices. Loss or damage is very rare. When it does happen and there is no insurance your order is replaced at your expense.
