Handmade in my Buderim studio, this cheese knife is made from food-safe resin and dried botanical elements, gomphrena flowers.

The flowers I use are hand picked and individually dried before embedding in resin. The stainless steel knife blade is then set into the handle with resin for a strong bond.

This stunning home entertaining piece is intended to bring a unique touch to your home, or as a special gift for any occasion — birthdays, housewarmings, weddings, thank-you gifts, or just because.
