Stylish resin bottle opener with stainless steel hardware and and an embedded semi-precious bumble-bee jasper egg shaped stone and citrine stones.

I love working with rocks and minerals as this is where my artistic journey began, with my sister's geological thin section images. It has been satisfying to be able to incorporate some beautiful stones into my work with this homewares line of bottle openers (and cheese knives).

This bottle opener has brushed bronze finish stainless steel opener hardware and an embedded Bumble-bee Jasper stone in the base and filled with smaller citrine stones. Bumblebee jasper is a vibrant, banded carbonate-rich volcanic rock that symbolizes vitality, creativity, courage, and personal power, it is found in only one known location on earth, in West Java, Indonesia. Citrine is known as the 'success stone' as it promotes success, prosperity and abundance. Citrine is a stone of good fortune and manifestation, helping manifest abundance in many ways.

All stones are carefully embedded in a resin mould, sanded and flow-coated with food-safe resin. The stainless steel opener is attached using resin making the finished piece a strong yet stylish addition to your bar or a great gift idea for your family and friends, or someone who just appreciates beautiful objects!
