Introducing the latest piece from our Sunshine Coast studio, a stunning solid burnt Australian River Gum Stump table or end table (or stool)!

Sustainably sourced from a property in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, this unique piece was transformed from a plain log into an art statement by a process of burning with a propane torch and application of hand-embossed copper artwork giving the stump an elegant touch of sophistication. The top of the stool shows off the beautiful tree rings and there is a glimmer of woodgrain on the sides of the stump reminding of its natural origins.

The wood is treated with a special timber hardener to ensure longevity. The clear coat finish ensures it will remain a timeless interior design product for years to come.

The table can be used with or without the legs. We have attached 15cm black hairpin legs to give the table a bit of height. These legs could be removed if you wish and there are three small round nylon stoppers on the base of the piece to make it easy to slide across the floor. The choice is yours!

This organic piece of art is a perfect addition to any home looking for a touch of Art from the Sunshine Coast. It can be used as a coffee table, side table, stool, or bespoke art piece.
