These simple and elegant earrings have been woven into a variation of the Japanese Weave, the "Polyhedron", designed by Rebeca Mojica.
These earrings are made from 1.25mm diameter sterling silver wire purchased through a precious metal merchant.
The wire is cut into links with each link opened, woven, and then closed meticulously. They are then tumbled for a few hours to smooth all the surfaces and ensure a brilliant shine.
These earrings are for pierced ears and have a rubber earring back. They weigh 9 grams and drop approximately 35mm.
To keep their brilliant sheen, it is recommended to occasionally dip the earrings into a silver cleaning solution.
They can be posted anywhere in Australia from the Mornington Peninsula where they have been lovingly created.
