This beautiful bracelet is woven into a “Serpent” design, a weave that produces a very elegant, smooth, and flexible chain. Sleek on the outside and intricate on the inside, it really does look like a snake's body.
This bracelet is made from 1.5mm diameter sterling silver wire purchased through a precious metal merchant.
The wire is cut into 100s of tiny links with each link opened, woven, and closed meticulously for the length of the bracelet. It is finished with a lobster clasp and a tiny disc stamped "sterling" before being tumbled for a few hours to smooth all the surfaces and ensure a brilliant shine.
The bracelet weighs 44 grams and is 215mm long and 10mm wide.
To keep its brilliant sheen, it is recommended to occasionally dip the bracelet into a silver cleaning solution.
