I've constructed this chopping board using solid Cherry and Maple, arranged in a classic chess board pattern. We believe the two timbers work really well together, with contrasting colours that give the board its distinctive look.
It can also be used for serving cheese, charcuterie or a grazing platter.
The board has been treated with our own mix of food-grade mineral oil and natural beeswax to help protect and maintain the timber.
