Rescued as a secondhand pink denim jacket and flamingo motif, then transformed stitch by stitch into a wearable work of art. A flamingo garden blooms across the back, hand-beaded at my table here in Australia using rescued beads that were waiting for their moment.
Shimmering recycled tassels sway when you move, flower-shaped studs catch the light, tiny pink heart beads scatter through the design, and right in the centre, a flamingo stands proudly in its beaded garden. This jacket doesn't whisper — it shines, sways, sparkles, and announces itself the second you walk into a room.
