Beautiful assortment of cotton fabrics with various under the sea pictures of fish, whales, coral, plants, and even mermaids, make up this gorgeous tote bag, with accents of upcycled light blue denim and lined in a light blue poplin. There is pink topstitching around the opening.
I have designed this pattern myself.
The interior has a navy blue zip, and opens into an invisible pocket.
The handles are made from upcycled light blue denim and are tightly plaited. During the making process, the handles are stitched in five (5) times.
The size of this bag is width 18" (45.5cm); height (not icluding the base) 11-1/4" (36cm); the base and sides are 6-3/4" (17cm); and the handles are each 25" (63.5cm) long. I suggest that you handwash this bag in a mild detergent. The bag can be ironed, but you will need to put another piece of material over the label to iron it or the print will lift off.
This is a beautiful bag to use to go out casually, or as a shopping tote. It would be a great gift for someone who likes 'Under the Sea' life, or as a Christmas gift for a grandmother, mother, daughter, childs teacher, friend, or a special person in your life.
