Beautiful assortment of cotton fabrics with various under the sea pictures of fish, whales, coral, plants, and even mermaids, make up this gorgeous tote bag, with accents of upcycled dark blue denim and lined in a tiny pink floral pattern. There is navy blue topstitching between all the pictures on the front and back.
I have designed this pattern myself.
The interior has a matching coloured zip to the denim sides and base, and opens into a invisible pocket.
The handles are made from denim and are tightly plaited. During the making process, the handles are stitched in five (5) times.
The size of this bag is width 18" (45.5cm); height (not icluding the base) 11-1/4" (36cm); the base and sides are 6" (15cm); and the handles are each 29" (73.5cm) long. The base even had a stitching decoration! I suggest that you handwash this bag in a mild detergent. The bag can be ironed, but you will need to put another piece of material over the label to iron that or the print will lift off.
This is a beautiful bag to use to go out casually, or as a shopping tote. It would be a great gift for someone who likes 'Under the Sea' life, or as a Christmas gift for a grandmother, mother, daughter, childs teacher, friend, or a special person in your life.
