Store Policies

Please read the fine print before purchase, if you have any questions just ask!
I will expect payment within 3 days of purchase. If you're having problems paying, please contact me. If no payment is received I will contact you, If no response is received, I will cancel the sale.

~International customers
I will accept only PayPal payments from International buyers.

~Australian customers
Preferred payment method is Direct deposit. If you are in Australia and would like to pay via direct deposit, there is a 5% discount off the item price. Paypal is also accepted.
Your purchase will be posted out within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Postal insurance is not included in the prices, please contact me if it is required as I cannot accept responsibility for your package once posted.

~International customers
Your package will arrive via airmail through Australia Post.
Please allow 7-14 days delivery time, though some countries can take up to 4 weeks for delivery depending on customs delays. Registered post to international countries is very expensive, but if you'd like a quote, just convo me BEFORE you purchase and I'd be happy to work it out for you.

~Australian customers
Delivery time is usually 2-5 days depending on your area.
If you'd like to use express or registered post, convo me for a quote BEFORE you purchase.

International Buyers: Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees imposed by your country. All customs forms are marked as 'Other' and contents are specified with the actual retail value displayed. Shipping internationally may cause your parcel to attract duties, customs fees or other taxes and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
I take great care with my work, and in packaging your item. If it somehow arrives damaged or you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and we will work out a replacement or refund. I am a reasonable person and I want my customers to be happy. Refunds and exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis.

Exchanges are only valid 30 days from purchase date, and the item must be returned in the same condition that it was sent, carefully packaged and not altered.

Shipping charges are not refundable.
