Store Policies


Once you choose something you booqilove please make payment via paypal or direct debit (Austrialian Residents only) within 48 hours.



Your booqi item will be sent through Australia Post with in two business days of your payment being cleared. (Unless otherwise stated on the listing *) We pack our items with bubble wrap and recycled packing materials to make sure they arrive safe and sound- however, booqi takes no responsibility for items damaged or lost in the postal system. If you would like tracking, priority mail or to request how your item is packaged please email me and we can change the price of postage accordingly. 

Due to the **nature & different sizing of items in the boutique, please contact me before payment so shipping can be discounted on orders of more than one item.


* Custom orders will be made & sent within 10 business days from cleared payment.

**Sale Items may incur an extra item fee. Check the listing for more details.

Refunds & Exchange

Refunds and exchanges will be dealt with on a case by case basis, generally we are happy to refund the cost of an item (less postage) once it has been returned in its original state.
