Store Policies

Each piece is handcrafted in my Brisbane studio using high grade materials. Each photo is an example of what I have made - however due to the nature of my materials, each piece is unique and may vary slightly in colour and appearance.

In most cases, I will have stock on hand of your order and will post next business day. If the breed/colour is sold out at the time, I will contact you with an ETA of dispatch. Each piece takes 4 days to fully cure before I can post it.

I accept custom orders of COLOURS only. I can use my existing moulds to make your colour of dog. I will provide an estimate of time at the time of purchase but it is usually a week.

If you have any issues with your order, please contact me and I will help you resolve it. I will not refund custom orders.
