PAYMENT
We accept payment via PayPal

POSTAGE
Orders from stock will usually be dispatched within 2 business days of the purchase date. Custom made orders may take up to 2 weeks. Please get is contact if you need faster and we will endeavour to help.
We use Australia Post for all our deliveries.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
As per the https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/consumer-rights-guarantees/consumer-guarantees

We do not refund for change of mind so please choose sizes and colours carefully.
Please note that due to differences in the way colours are displayed on computer monitors the colours of the item may not be an exact match with that displayed on your monitor.
Also, as our items are handmade, there will be slight variations/differences between products.

It is extremely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your goods. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, then we will organise a solution for you ASAP.

In the case of an item being damaged in transit, please contact us and we will find a positive solution.
Unfortunately, we can not take responsibility for items lost in the post.
