Store Policies

~ PAYMENTS ~
I accept payments made through PayPal & credit card.


~ POSTAGE ~
I use Australia Post for all deliveries - parcels are tracked so you can see when they'll arrive. Depending on where you are in Australia, delivery usually takes between two and ten days.

All my items are carefully made to order and can take me a few days to complete. Please check listing details for an approximate production time for each item. If you need something in hurry, select the Express Post option at check-out.


~ RETURNS & REFUNDS ~
If you have reason to return or exchange an item you have purchased, please contact me within seven days of delivery so that we can work things out.

Buyers must return the purchased item to me and are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original and unused condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once I receive the returned item, I will refund the purchase price minus postage and packing costs.

Sorry, but I do not accept returns or exchanges on personalised or custom made items. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order so we can discuss.

I really love creating unique things just for you - my customer. So don't be shy to get in touch if you have something special in mind.

Occasionally I have to charge extra for custom orders to cover the cost of additional materials and the time needed to develop something new. I do not accepts returns or exchanges on personalised or custom made items.
