Postage
Items are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation
All items are sent via Australia Post, pick ups available to local customers
No responsibility is held for items becoming lost or damaged during shipping
Refunds & Returns
We only give refunds in exceptional circumstances ie: if there is something wrong with the item or if it has not been described correctly.
If there is a problem please advise the seller within 3 days of receipt of the item.
If a return is accepted the item must be returned within 7 days. If it is a product fault, Seller will pay all postage costs involved in return & subsequent postage for replacement of item.
It is at the sellers discression to send either a replacement or offer a refund on the item.
Refunds will only be made via electronic funds transfer.
