STORE POLICIES
PAYMENT
Payment is to be finalised within 48 hours of ordering from Madeit and we use PayPal.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We send Express Post when payment has cleared to the address in your Madeit account. If you wish your order to be posted to a different address, please send us a message after checkout.
You will have to sign for the parcel as we insure in the mail system. Your jewellery will arrive Gift Boxed and Gift Wrapped with a Jewellery Certificate.

RETURNS
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or cancellations - However please contact us if you have any problems with your order so that we can find the perfect solution!.
