Store Policies

I am very proud of my creations and every card is made with love, if I am not happy with finished card I simply will not post and will start again. Cards are posted with extreme care and leave my studio in perfect condition. I take no responsibility for damaged cards during transit, if card is damaged in transit I will NOT refund. I do however accept refunds for other reasons if card is posted back to myself, at purchasers’ expense, within 14 days. Once I receive card, I shall place refund into your account.
