Store Policies

Your item will be posted out via Australia Post within 24 hours (or on the next working day). All parcels are tracked and a signature is required upon delivery. Please be aware that once your parcel has been marked as "Delivered" I will not be responsible if it is lost or stolen.

I gladly accept returns only if the item is deemed “faulty” NOT for change of mind (as per hygiene regulations).
Please contact me within 2 days of receiving your item..
Send item back within 7 days of delivery date (postage paid by customer, sorry no postage reimbursements, unless prior arrangements have been made).
Item must be returned in it's original packaging.

I do not accept exchanges or cancellations.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will endeavour to resolve any issue that may occur.
