PAYMENT

I prefer PayPal, but please contact me if you require details for bank deposit.

Local pick up in the North Lakes region is accepted - please contact me for a free shipping code to allow you to checkout without paying for postage. Items will not be posted until funds have arrived, as I'm sure you can understand.

Your items will be posted once payment has arrived in my account, as I'm sure you can understand.


SHIPPING

Items will be shipped via Australia Post after payment has been received.

The postage and handling cost is stated on each item and covers not only the cost of postage but the cost of packaging your item so it arrives safely. I cannot refund postage costs.

If you require insurance, please let me know, this will be an additional cost to the postage quoted on the listing.


EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let me know as soon as you have received your items. I will do my best to sort out any concerns.

There is no refund for change of mind so please choose carefully.

Refunds may be provided on faulty items, minus the postage costs.

All return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
