Store Policies

Payment:
Direct Deposit and PayPal (which includes Credit Cards via PayPal).

Postage & Handling:
Small or relatively low value items can be sent by Standard Post using Australia Post. Large or relatively high value items can be sent by Signed Delivery or Express Delivery using Australia Post. Your order will be posted within 72 hours of payment. When I post your item, I will send you an email to let you know your item is on its way and include the tracking number.

I use Parcel Post for Signed Delivery. With Parcel Post, your item should arrive within 3 to 7 business days and the item is tracked. With Express Post, your item should arrive the next business day, although next business day delivery is not guaranteed to remote areas and roadside delivery addresses, and the item is tracked.

If you live in or near Benalla, Victoria, I am happy to either deliver your purchase or have you collect your purchase and I will refund you the postage. Just send me an email with the details.

Gift wrapping:
If you are purchasing an item as a gift, I am happy to gift wrap and post it to the recipient instead of posting it to you. Just send me an email with the details. Gift wrapping is at no cost to you. I can include a card with a message from you and I will include information about the item.

Refunds & Exchanges - General:
I have taken every care to produce quality items using quality materials.

If you change your mind about an item you have purchased, please contact me by email within seven days of receiving the item and I can offer a refund or exchange so long as the item is in good condition and has not been used.

If there is a problem with an item, please contact me by email and I can offer to repair the item if the problem is minor or offer a refund or exchange if the problem is major.

Refunds - Item missing in the post:
I do not offer a refund for an item missing in the post. I will help you to find your missing item by lodging a missing or late item enquiry form with Australia Post.

Care of items:
All items are made using quality materials, mostly cotton. All fabric has been laundered before use. All items are machine washable. Wash separately. Preferably, place items in a washing bag and use a gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry. Dry flat, out of direct sunlight. It can be pressed with a warm iron or a hot iron if you use a pressing cloth. Make sure you iron around magnetic snap button closures and other embellishments, such as buttons. Also make sure you use a pressing cloth when ironing over ric rac. Some fabric, such as linen, is slubbed with slight knots and knobbles. These knots and knobbles are normal and contribute to the aesthetic appeal of natural fabrics. Do not pull or remove any of the slubs.
