Store Policies

Welcome to all! 

Thank you for taking the time to visit my little shop! Please take a moment to read through my policies below. 

Happy shopping and thank you for keeping art and the handmade alive!

Payment must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that payment must be received before items are shipped.

Buyers will be notified if payment is not received before orders are cancelled and re-posted online for sale. 

All items are packaged with extreme care in sturdy boxes with bubble wrap and shredded recyclable paper for padding. 

Items are posted within 1-2 days of receiving payment.

*EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES: Within Australia, please allow up to 4 business days for delivery. International orders, please allow up to 11-14 business days (may vary depending on the country and peak periods). 

Although rare, damage can happen during shipment. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately within 1-3 days of receiving it and I will replace damaged item(s) with a similar item(s) from my shop if the same is not available. 

Please note: I will need photo documentation of damaged items and the boxes they were shipped in.

I take pride in my work. It you are not completely satisfied with our product, please contact me immediately to work out the details of exchange. Claims must be within 30 days of purchase.
