PAYMENT and POSTAGE:

Items are posted from Geelong, Victoria, Australia. (Australian buyers only please, international queries welcome pre-purchase)

If you are local to the Geelong area, you may contact to me to see if pick up can be arranged. Any pre-paid costs for postage would then happily be refunded.

All items will have the postage cost listed and will only ever be charged at or below the actual cost price for postage and packaging.

Payment is preferred by PayPal, however, direct deposit is an option. Payment is required within 48 hours, but I'm happy to discuss other arrangements if required.

We regret any 'lost in the post' items will not be refunded. Postage with tracking or registered post is recommended, please choose these options at checkout or contact me to discuss options..

Your item will always be promptly posted within 24-48hrs. Your Made It order will be marked 'order posted' once sent.

All orders are gift wrapped.

Please e-mail me with your query if you :

- purchase more than one item and would like a combined postage cost

- require express post or registered mail

- require the item to be posted directly to a gift recipient. A special message can be included.


REFUNDS and EXCHANGE:

All items are made and will be packaged for postage with care. Refunds or exchange will only be permitted in the event of a faulty or incorrectly supplied item.
