Store Policies

Please read my shop policies before purchasing. Thank you.

PAYMENT:
Payment is required immediately via paypal or credit card.
Australian customers also have the option of paying via direct deposit. Bank account details are on the invoice. Please use your madeit name as reference if making a direct deposit. If I don’t receive payment or don’t hear from you within 3 days, I will re-list the item and cancel the sale.
Please contact me if you need more time to pay or if payment is held up.

Once payment has cleared I will process your order.
Orders take 1-2 business days to be dispatched from receipt of payment UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.

POSTAGE:
Australian Customers:
All items posted within Australia will be sent via Australia Post's new Priority Mail to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner after dispatch (Australia Post estimate 1-4 business days). Any overpayment in postage will be refunded.
TRACKING OR REGISTERED POST IS NOT STANDARD and therefore I cannot take responsibility for missing items unless they are registered. If you require registered post or tracking (or express post), please send me a message requesting a quote prior to purchasing.

If your package does not arrive within 8 business days after shipping, please contact me so we can discuss the options available.

International Customers:
All orders are sent via Australia Post standard airmail. Our prices and shipping costs do not include VAT and other import taxes and fees. If your country charges customs fees or duty fees, you will be responsible for these charges on receipt of goods on arrival in your country. Customs may delay delivery which is beyond my control. I ship all my items through Australia Post and international postage can take anywhere between 9 days and 6 weeks to arrive - sometimes longer. POSTAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING. Please send a message requesting a quote prior to purchasing if you require this option.

If your package does not arrive within 4 weeks after shipping, please contact me so we can discuss the options available.

RETURNS:
Due to the handmade nature of my products, there may be slight inconsistencies in items.
I have endeavoured to describe items accurately but colours may vary slightly due to computer screens etc.
All of my products are guaranteed to function as per their intent. If you feel that your purchase is not as described, faulty in some way or you are not satisfied in any other way, please contact me within 7 days so that I can arrange a refund or exchange.
You will be required to cover the cost of return shipping/postage costs.
