Calm & Sleep Balm

The Calm & Sleep balm is a soothing and calming balm that is great for stress, anxiety and sleeplessness. It helps relieve tension and calms the mind, making it easier to drift off to sleep. It can be rubbed into the forehead and temples to relieve headaches. It is also soothing to the and skin can be used on irritated skin and insect bites.

This balm is anti-inflammatory and can also be used for muscle and joint pain, arthritis, gout, muscle sprains and haemorrhoids.

For sleep and relaxation: Apply to shoulders, back of neck, temples, forehead and pulse points
