I throw, glaze and fire my pottery in my home studio firing them using a solar powered electric kiln, having studied at Sydney's National Art School gaining the Certificate of Studio Ceramics. These items are fired to approximately 1270 C which makes them very durable if used with care. The bottom has been ground smooth.
