Left in its natural raw form, this blue apatite has a beautifully organic shape, rich blue-green colouring and all the little textures and irregularities that make rough gemstones so interesting.

Rather than polishing the stone into a uniform cabochon, I’ve chosen to leave it just as nature created it and build the wrap around its individual shape. It has been hand-wrapped in silver-plated wire, with a woven bail and an open design that allows the raw apatite to remain the focus.

No two raw stones are ever exactly alike, and each one requires its own wrap to work with its natural edges, shape and character.

Blue apatite is traditionally associated with clarity, communication and inspiration.

Each Traced in Stone piece is individually handcrafted, making it truly one of a kind. This piece will not be re-created.

Care

To keep your pendant looking its best, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions and household chemicals. Remove before showering, swimming or exercising and store in a dry place when not being worn.

Blue apatite is a naturally softer gemstone, so care should be taken to protect it from knocks, scratches and hard surfaces.
