This is an Art Print of an original Acrylic on Canvas painting completed in December 2025. It is of one of 2 little studies I did of Austinmer Beach, New South Wales. The original piece was painted from my own personal reference photo.
While I now live in Sydney I grew up in Adelaide, South Australia. Every couple of years we would make the big trip over the Hay Plains to Thirroul to visit my Grandparents. One of my favourite memories was going down to Austinmer beach with my family. Austinmer Beach is a truly stunning beach set against the back drop of the Illawarra escarpment.
This image is printed in-house using Canon Lucia pro archival inks. It is printed on Ilford Galerie Smooth Cotton Rag 310 GSM, 100% Cotton Rag paper, acid free and has no optical brighteners.
Open edition print, not numbered. Print is unframed, mounted in a conservation mat board surround (colour: White). Both the front mat and backing are acid free. Backing is foam core board.
Print is protected from the elements inside a cellophane cover. It is packaged in a Cardboard tough envelope for extra protection.
Can be professional framed. Should you wish to frame it yourself the mat surround has been made to fit a 25.5 x 25.4 cm (10"x10") frame. I recommend sealing the gap between the backing board and back of the frame with tape (eg framing tape or kraft paper tape) to avoid any future dust or insect damage.
