A one-of-a-kind crossbody bag created from a striking patchwork of dark navy and green-toned fabric scraps, giving beautiful textiles a second life while helping reduce textile waste.
Designed and sewn by Katie in her home studio in the Sutherland Shire, NSW, this unique bag combines practical design with rescued fabrics and thoughtful details.

Materials & Upcycling
The exterior, lining and strap are made using repurposed fabric scraps and off-cuts. The metal snap closure is a seconds product.
New materials used are limited to stabilisers, metal hardware, zippers and pulls, thread and the cotton label.
By using fabric scraps that might otherwise be discarded, this bag helps reduce textile waste while creating something practical, durable and completely unique.
