This is one of my favourite flowers and I have represented here in hand cut stained glass.

Within the mosaic I have used various shades of pink, purple and white for the flower and various green for the leaves and stem, along with some grey for the shading. The background I have kept to a plain white so that the vase and flower are the feature.

The base is a hand cut lightweight foam core board and once it was finished, it has been professionally framed in an oak float frame. The hanging hardware has also been installed so will arrive ready to hang.

The frame measures 33cm x 41cm.
