Heartlight was inspired by the glow that remains long after the sun has disappeared, the feeling of comfort found in familiar places, and the quiet strength that carries us through darker seasons.
Rich crimson, earthy brown, olive green and soft neutral tones blend together through layers of flowing watercolour. Granulating pigments and organic textures create a landscape that feels both grounded and atmospheric, revealing new details each time the artwork is viewed.
Painted intuitively in my Melbourne studio, this miniature original invites a sense of warmth, reflection and connection.
