Inspired by the soft beauty of blooming flowers, this collection celebrates expressive mark making, layered colour and loose, intuitive painting. Created using watercolour, acrylic ink, oil pastels and delicate pen lines, each bloom has its own personality while remaining connected through a harmonious colour palette and contemporary abstract style.
My Creative Process
This collection is created in a unique way. Rather than painting one card at a time, I work across a full sheet of professional watercolour paper, It's an energetic, intuitive process that creates movement, connection and spontaneity, giving each artwork its own personality while still belonging to the collection.
Each finished artwork is then carefully mounted onto a recycled cardstock greeting card, transforming it into a one-of-a-kind piece that can be enjoyed as both a thoughtful greeting card and a miniature artwork ready to frame.
Whether gifted as a thank you, thinking of you, congratulations or simply because, these little originals are designed to be treasured long after the occasion has passed.
