The Wildhorse Golden Fire Recovery Soak is a warming, farm-crafted blend designed to ignite circulation, soothe deep muscular tension, and ground the spirit. Infused with mineral-rich magnesium and a potent selection of heating botanicals grown right here on the homestead, this soak delivers a powerful recovery experience for those who work hard and play hard.
With the invigorating heat of Chilli and Ginger, balanced by the purifying clarity of Lemon and the earthy spice of Cinnamon and Clove, this blend creates a targeted ritual that eases physical fatigue and promotes a cellular reset. The addition of Bicarbonate of Soda helps soften the water, ensuring the active botanicals can support your body’s natural recovery process while leaving your skin feeling revitalised.

Directions for Use
Foot Spa Soak: Add 2 tablespoons (adjust to your desired heat - test first!!!!) to a basin of warm water. Stir to dissolve. Soak feet for 15–25 minutes. The natural heat from the ginger and chilli will help stimulate blood flow and relieve deep-seated tension in the lower body.
WARNING: This blend contains Chilli; avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas. Not recommended for full-body baths. An excellent combination to reduce any chilli burn (No matter the source. I have burnt myself many times!!) use a combo of rice bran oil (cheap and I use it for my bulk oil for things that need a no-odour, low-flavour, high heat point, stable vegetable oil, that sits in the middle ground of cost versus understood health benefits, for example, when shopping at a big supermarket, bulk-buying Rice Bran Oil offers a highly competitive middle-ground. It provides a healthier fat profile and higher smoke point than cheap vegetable oils, but at a fraction of the cost of premium health oils like avocado oil.Sorry... I transgressed. And fresh lemon slices... Lol) - massage the oil in, wipe off then rub with lemon) DO NOT PUT IT IN A FULL BODY BATH!!!
🌿 Recovery Ritual Suggestions
For a Deep Physical Reset:
- Use water that is comfortably hot to activate the warming spices
- Sip on a warming Native Wellness Tea or a Crimson Citrus Tea during your soak
- Focus on "breathing into" the areas of tension in your legs and feet
- You may feel that the water feels "warm" to "hot" on your feet but the water has cooled over time. This is the sensory stimulation of the chilli. If it feels too instense, remove your feet immediately and apply an olive oil and rub with slices of fresh lemon
- After soaking, pat feet dry and elevate them for 10 minutes to assist lymphatic drainage
For Grounding After Hard Labour:
- Sit in a quiet space where you can remain undisturbed
- Use the soaking time to mentally release the stresses of the day listening to something that will make you smile. Then smile.
- Follow with a rich magnesium balm or natural oil to seal in the warmth
🏡 Simple At-Home Spa Setups (No Fancy Stuff Needed)
DIY Foot Spa Options:
A standard household bucket is perfect for deeper immersion up to the mid-calf
Use a large ceramic or recycled plastic basin
Place a towel underneath your basin to catch splashes and keep your feet warm afterward
To Enhance the Experience:
Add smooth river stones to the bottom of your basin to roll your arches over
Set up your foot soak outdoors to watch the sunset while the "Golden Fire" works its magic.
Keep a jug of hot water nearby to top up the temperature as needed. You will probably find that when the water cools, you cannot feel it due to the warmth of the chilli flowing blood into your feet, keeping them warm. If this 'warmth' is too much, reduce the amount of soak added to your water.
Perfect For:
- Post-exercise recovery and soothing "heavy" legs
- Warming up poor circulation during colder months
- Relieving tired, aching feet after a long day of standing or walking
- Gifting to gardeners, hikers, or manual workers
- Anyone seeking a bold, spicy, and deeply effective recovery ritual
