These textured discs are made from recycled metals. The brass is cut from an old brass plate and textured using a jewellers hammer. The argentium disc is also recycled from silver scrap in my studio, and is textured in the same way as the brass disc. I then punch a hole into the centre of each disc and bring them together using argentium wire.
Each earring measures:
Brass disc 2.2cm in diameter
Silver disc 1.3cm in diameter
Total drop of each earring from the top of the ear hook to the bottom of the brass disc is 4cm long
The ear hooks are made from Argentium silver
*Argentium silver is hypoallergenic and low tarnish
*Argentium is certified 100% recycled.
*These earrings are made from recycled copper and enamel
